  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    • I accept the payment terms as set out on the invoice and understand that non payment may result in suspended lessons.

    • Lessons will be conducted on an ongoing basis with one lesson per week during the school term.

    • Throughout the year students miss lessons due to camp, excursion, public holiday, curriculum day, swimming and other unavoidable activities. These lessons are made up in the last week of term 2 and term 4. If this is unable to occur your choice of a credit or refund will be given.

    • In the case of a student sickness or forgetfulness lessons are not obliged to be made up the lesson. Every effort is made in accordance with school policy to call or collect students for their lessons.

    • In the event of the cancellation of lessons by you, it is understood that the remainder of the current term will be completed and is not refundable. All remaining terms will be refunded in full.

        • COVID PLAN:

          • Teacher will remain 1.5 meters from student at all timesMask will be worn when required on School and Victorian Government stipulation.

          • Teacher will not be present at School if they present with symptoms of cold or flu.

          • Students that present with symptoms of cold or flu with be sent back to class.

          • Any lessons that are missed due to the above directions will be refunded or made up.
