TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- I accept the payment terms as set out on the invoice and understand that non payment may result in suspended lessons.
- Lessons will be conducted on an ongoing basis with one lesson per week during the school term.
- Throughout the year students miss lessons due to camp, excursion, public holiday, curriculum day, swimming and other unavoidable activities. All efforts are made to make up these lessons where possible. If this is unable to occur your choice of a credit or refund will be given.
- From time to time it may be necessary that students who are enrolled for 1:1 lessons share a lesson. This may occur due to changed school circumstances including, but not limited to, camps, incursions, tests, timetable changes and other unavoidable activities. In this event these lessons will either be extended to balance the difference in cost, made up, and/or a partial refund or credit given.
  - In the case of a student sickness or forgetfulness lessons are not obliged to be made up the lesson. Every effort is made in accordance with school policy to call or collect students for their lessons.
  - In the event of the cancellation of lessons by you, it is understood that the remainder of the current term will be completed and is not refundable. All remaining terms will be refunded in full.
